(Indianapolis, IN) -- Commuters on Interstate 465 now have a northeast side express lane. Indiana Department of Transportation spokeswoman Ashley Hungate says crews opened the lane Monday to deal with traffic problems caused by a massive construction project between the U.S. 31 interchange and the I-69 exit.
The project will eventually bring four lanes in either direction to the affected section of I-465.
