{ETradeBaby1} Q...milka what? :16.6
(Undated) -- Lindsay Lohan wants everyone to know she's not a baby. Specifically, she's not the "milkaholic" baby in the E-Trade ad that aired during the Super Bowl. The "New York Post" reports the actress filed a lawsuit in Nassau County, New York court seeking 100-million dollars in damages for her pain and suffering. In the offending commercial, a baby boy makes some fast excuses via video chat for not calling his baby girlfriend the previous night. The girl asks, quote, "And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?"
Lohan's attorney told the "Post" her client has the same one-name-only recognition of Madonna or Oprah. The attorney, Stpehanie Ovadia, said, quote, "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan?" Besides the cash, Lohan's seeking an injunction to stop the ad from airing. The ad agency that created the ad says they took the name Lindsay from a member of the creative team.
