(Los Angeles, CA) -- A lawsuit filed against TV and radio personality Dr. Drew Pinsky has been dismissed. TMZ.com reports that the suit filed by a man accused of stalking the VH1 "Celebrity Rehab" doctor, had stated that Pinsky was a member of the KKK who had "performed illegal surgery." Both Dr. Drew and Charles Pearson failed to show up to court on Monday, prompting a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to dismiss the small claims lawsuit. Pearson is still being held on 400-thousand-dollars bail. He was arrested last week and charged with felony stalking for allegedly posting threats against Pinsky and his family online. One of the posts revealed a threat of murder directed at Pinsky's family. Pearson was arrested after posting his location online last week and has been in jail ever since.
