(Carmel, IN) -- Carmel's school board and superintendent continue to meet behind closed doors to discuss an alleged "hazing" incident involving male basketball players on a school bus in January. Carmel Superintendent Jeff Swennson told reporters this week that steps will be taken to learn lessons from the incident.

The Carmel School Board met in closed session on Monday night to discuss the incident, although board members would not disclose details about their talk. Authorities have said that three senior basketball players allegedly engaged in improper activity on two freshman players and police have said that criminal charges could be filed when their investigation is complete.
