(Indianapolis, IN) -- Toyota's massive recall of vehicles over unintended acceleration issues does not include a Hoosier woman's Lexus. No Prius or Lexus models are being recalled, but Kimberly Bacon says her Lexus SUV surged forward and struck a concrete wall recently without any effort on her part. Bacon is an Indianapolis attorney who says she had not put her foot on the gas pedal when her Lexus hit the wall.
