(Hammond, IN) -- A federal judge is telling former East Chicago Mayor Robert Pastrick and two others to pay more than 108-million-dollars to the city for his role in a "sidewalks-for-votes" scandal. The Indiana Attorney General's Office had sued Patrick, former aide James Fife the Third and former city councilman Frank Killintzas for allegedly using 24-million-dollars in taxpayer funds to improve private properties owned by Democrats.
