According to the second annual "ForbesWoman" list of "America's Top 50 Cities for Working Mothers," Indy comes in at number 18, along with the Virginia and Ohio cities. Rankings were based on job opportunities, high earnings potential, health care, safety and quality of schools. Indianapolis scored particularly high in living cost and spending per pupil. The top three cities for working moms were Minneapolis-St. Paul, Washington, DC, and Boston.
